The proverbial Ostrich with its head in the sand is a fair analogy for our growing vulnerability in the world. It is time to learn our own information thereby revealing who we actually are. It is time to put our house in order.     The missing piece that unites all to a common goal is Eternal Recurrence         *Are you aware that you are constantly disappearing? Eternal Recurrence is a constant beginning - an o­ngoing renewal. It is the foundation of life and the beginning of knowledge. It is the universal center-point of all that exists yet it remains unknown.  World ignorance is rooted in the omission of recurrence. Dear friends When I first discovered the truth of our constant disappearance I naively assumed that this centering activity must surely be common knowledge. How could it not be? After all, it is a constant that happens to everybody. Subsequently I discovered to my dismay that our recurrent nature is not known or at best incorrectly so. There is reason for concern because without knowledge of our common root we have no possibility of knowing who we are. Recurrence is the key to self knowledge and our omission directs us off-center to forms that bind all in ignorance. We are off-center and primally lonely and because we do not understand the root of this loneliness we fill our emptiness with things we can control. Thus, we barter our birthright. Love is our common name - there is no other, it is our reason for living and we are drenched in it. It will wash us clean if we allow it but first we must learn about eternal recurrence. Undoubtedly this is true for the act of setting fire to Love must indeed have been furious.  It is also believed that we are evolving from this momentous beginning. This is not true! Evolution is an illusion called 'time'. Time is a tool that exists to support our insistence o­n who we are not. We are O­ne but we insist otherwise and so we are naturally obliged to equanimity. Time schedules provide us with a platform for learning who we are and as learning proceeds we eliminate time.  The big bang is an o­ngoing refresh - a new and complete beginning constantly recurring to accommodate our insistence. As we gain the knowledge of release we become more and more refreshed by the eternal well-spring: the epicenter. Humanity has made little advance in self knowledge because the omission of recurrence has locked us out. Eternal recurrence is literally the starting point of knowledge and it is missing from our education. We are trapped until we learn it. Every nuance of life has its particular pattern of binary code that is its unique fingerprint. The difference between the binary code of individual things and the binary code for the universe is that the fingerprint of the universe is but o­ne inclusive motion 0/1. This is the most basic binary sequence possible - the common denominator: o­ne 'switch' moving quickly enough to accommodate all. This is how all is o­ne. This awareness was the powerful force behind the pharaonic ascendancy and was also the theme for the ancient chinese book of wisdom known as the Tao Te Ching.  I warn you that eternal recurrence must not be taken lightly. We have ignored it throughout the centuries and continueing to do so is exponentially destructive. There is more to this folly of ignorance than we know. Truth is impervious to time and cannot be controlled or ignored without reaction.  I know with certainty that in spite of my repetitive explanations the secret of ancient Egypt and the Tao te Ching is polarized against you. It will require great effort to push o­n through the obstacle course of your own mind to achieve it. There is no greater quest and should you persevere I guarantee that you will not find that my work falls short of the complete picture. Our future now depends o­n this information but the warriors are few.     There is a fiendish distain for truth in the world. Everything is constantly disappearing and re-appearing and it has now become necessary for us to take this integral life basic seriously. The awareness of disappearance (recurrence) has been maintained in obscurity. This is because it is not possible to measure and control its potential; we don't trust what we can't control and so ignorance is our Muse.  Eternal recurrence is happening anyway and its function is balance. Continuing to dismiss this center-point in the face of our growing excesses is moving us more and more off- balance and producing consequences of increasing concern for the future of our world.  But, even more disturbing than our omission of recurrence is the lack of acceptance that, as energetic beings, we are consequently and naturally co-dependent. This is an obvious, indisputable and irrefutable fact of energy yet it remains as if taboo. The force of our co-dependence is such that we have no quantifiable awareness of it. And so, the rule of ignorance prevails leaving us over and over to defer our responsibility by pointing the finger of blame. We are completely under the control of the cumulative force of our own ignorance and this is precisely the reason why we have failed to establish recurrence as common knowledge.  Recurrence is the key to 'who we are' that may be reached o­nly through the gauntlet of co-dependency. It's personal! Acceptance dissembles co-dependency - ask any drunk who has been through the mill.   Note: It may be put forth that if you are unaware of the life basics: 1) recurrence and 2) co-dependency then these critical building blocks remain unaddressed. Thus, no matter how much you consider yourself 'aware' your lack of basic knowledge places you off-center and as such, a contributor to a consolidation of ignorance that acts from its own center. There are no non-decisions in the game of life - if you do not decide it is decided against you. You are contributing either to the solution or to the problem and this is decided by whether you know who you are, or not!                                                                          The greatest good is as a spark to a fire compared to the good of knowing who you are.                                                                                         Ignorance is becoming increasingly manifest in the world and it cannot reverse its course until individuals take the courage necessary to learn the basic fundamentals that will allow them to stand up for who they are. Thus, to grow in truth and help build its promise for the good of all.   The greatest service to humanity is to learn who you are.  Warning! It is the fountain of truth - the ultimate philosophy; a recurring event that contains the most beautiful promise of life constantly entreating us to participate. It is an o­ngoing step out of time into completeness. When we learn how the dynamic of recurrence actually works we will be empowered to drive it home more often. Thus, we will be more complete and less divided; we will be more of who we are.  On hearing the Way, the best of men Will earnestly explore its length. The mediocre person learns of it And takes it up and sets it down. But vulgar people, when they hear the news, Will laugh out loud, and if they did not laugh, It would not be the Way.                                                            Tao Te Ching Life is a journey to the center of who you are.  Touch ultimate emptiness... Touch ultimate emptiness, Hold steady and still All things work together: I have watched them reverting, And have seen how they flourish And return again, each to his roots. This is the most fundamental activity of life yet 2,600 years after it was brought to awareness in the Tao te Ching it is still not taught in schools. We must consider why we have deferred o­n our responsibility to this building block of our existence. We must consider it most carefully because as our denial continues to increase so also do the consequences.  '...not to know it is blindness that works evil'.  And still we continue, poised to re-invent like bullets to a well-worn gun. The price of ignoring what is obviously so is weighed in negativity. We want proof, but proving the existence of  'disappearance' requires the destruction of ego (points of view). The tragic fact is that this destruction is o­ngoing and continuing to deny it is adding to the growing imbalance that is now causing the earth to pull asunder and terror to ferment. No o­ne is innocent. For the sake of our future we must become practical in our own interest by accepting the truth of our disappearing universe and what it means.  Catch 22 - the debacle of our own deception No matter how we defer we are always complete, thus, as we accept ourselves as less we generate a response that seeks to gather back our loss. This response gathers our power denied and unifies it to a singular force that becomes the watchdog for ignorance. We remain unaware of this ignorant force and until we accept its presence we can never overcome its overwhelming power over us. It is our healing possibility - our poison antidote in exact measure made available by our omnipresent perfection. It is the unified force of our ignorance acting alone without any possibility of redemption until we take it under our wing and accept it as our creation. We must come to know and accept this ignominious reality if we are to empower our ignorance to remember. It presents a poetic distillation of thought and wisdom in a frame that is contemporary but also timeless. The author does not take up a polemical stance. He is a humanist. He examines in particular the universality of message, and he gives the reader a clear and personal signpost, while he avoids the chronological and intellectual history of ethical thought. That is not to say that he does not acknowledge such sources of wisdom as the Tao Te Ching. He has a melodic and spirited address to language and his verse is effective. One of the qualities of this book is that it may start the casual reader to think less casually. It is not difficult to read although it makes no compromises. The author gives the reader a lot of jumping-off points, some of them provocative: OK, he seems to be saying, you don’t agree? Right, off you go, read it up, find out for yourself, make up your own mind. Someone who picks up this book could easily find themselves next reading Darwin, the Upanishads, or Bertrand Russell, the Quran or Spinoza. This has to be valuable. I have a bad habit of reading three books at o­nce and while I was reading this o­ne, I was also reading Wittgenstein’s Tractatus (flawed but fascinating) and the letters of Carl Jung (too many of them), and they were not bad book shelf fellows. This book may appear simple, but it is certainly not simplistic. An insoluble intellectual problem is made no easier by being dressed up in jargon. This ‘frame’ reverberates as fast as is required to maintain all the realities that harden from it. Realities are hardened by agreements that become increasingly bound as their complex formulations grow to impress and distract away from the original simplicity of a singular frame doing nothing more than flipping o­n and off. We are the products of o­ne rapid frame and as we break through the agreements that hold our particular patterns together we gather back to the frame, thereby engaging a process of unlimited creative possibility as the energy agreements are released from dependency. Energy is not benign: the reason we fail to grasp the simplicity of our recurrent nature is because of a beguiling attribute of energy that controls us away from our own information.
